Longhorn was GREAT!!!! I’m a first time user they explained the process which was much more simple than other lenders. Receiving my draw money didn’t take more than two days and everything went as plan. This was my first flip with them but definitely not my last!I DONT HAVE ONE COMPLAINT

Longhorn Investments is a great lender to do business with. They have competitive rates to other hard money lenders, but what set them apart for me is the customer service.We ran into a bit of a problem during our renovation, well several problems actually. I spoke with everyone from the guy who helped me secure the loan to the CEO of the company. They were all very understanding and flexible.Each person I spoke with helped me find a solution to our issues instead of just blowing us off. They helped my wife and I learn during this process rather than just taking our money. This is the kind of support we needed as a new investor. I never expected to find it in at the lending company.Bottom line: I'm very impressed with Longhorn Investments, and will certainly bring more business to them in the years to come.
