The most rewarding part of the project was doing the final walk-through of the home with my family. My favorite part of this deal was the buyer’s reaction once they closed on the house. When the buyer is happy with the quality and character of the home, it's always a great feeling.

For my next deal, I will build relationships with the neighbors. I believe that building relationships with the neighbors lets them know that you care about the neighborhood. 

This current project showed me how excited neighbors are about new builds in their community. They also want to feel like they are part of it. The neighbors for this project were beneficial to us, so we always want to make it a priority to build relationships within the communities we develop.
