Ashley Larsen was born and raised outside of Houston, where she has spent over a decade involved in real estate. Her reliability, speed, and elite customer service kept her returning, eventually leading her to want to be a Loan Consultant. Ashley is an excellent resource as she has a wealth of knowledge to offer on evaluating a deal and some pitfalls to avoid that she learned the hard way. She also is a realtor, so she has a good sense of the market value of properties in the greater Houston area.
Outside of her professional life, Ashley is a working mom who values spending time with her amazing daughter. She enjoys watching Houston sports and has a unique hobby of finding the ugliest house in the neighborhood to flip. These personal interests make her a relatable and approachable industry professional.
