Cheryll Ramirez is the Regional Manager for the West Texas & New Mexico division of Longhorn Investments. She has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and owned franchise restaurants for over 20 years. Cheryll was awarded Franchisee of the Year, and broke sales records for the highest volume Wienerschnitzel restaurant in El Paso.
Although Cheryll loved the restaurant industry, she always had a passion and gravitated toward real estate. She knew there was no better way to gain financial freedom and create generational wealth than through investing in real estate. She completed her first flip in 2012 and moved full time into real estate investing in 2017. She has spared no expense on training and has accumulated countless hours educating herself in many facets of REI. She is also very involved with the local El Paso Women’s Council of Realtors and the Realtor Association, and was named Affiliate of the Year. Cheryll has done multiple flips, rentals, and is currently renovating a multifamily complex.
In 2018, while looking for a Hard Money Lender, Cheryll came across Longhorn Investments. The company’s professionalism and integrity lead her to become part of their team. She is again on track to increase her loan volume for the 5th consecutive year. Cheryll takes great pride in educating on how hard money and leverage can greatly benefit both new and seasoned investors. Her honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to share her knowledge with real estate investors has made her an excellent addition to the Longhorn team.
