Before Longhorn, Eason managed accounts for a leading private lender in Atlanta, assisting over 200 borrowers and funding more than 400 loans across the Southeast while providing valuable education and coaching to many new and first-time investors.
Previously, Eason co-founded and served as Director of Operations at a successful real estate renovation company in metro Atlanta, managing 20+ crews and handling an average of 18 renovation projects monthly across the region. Earlier in his career, Eason was the Maintenance Coordinator for a property management company in Atlanta and played a crucial role in growing the team and rental property portfolio. Since earning his real estate license in 2019, Eason has been dedicated to assisting investors and homebuyers in Atlanta, utilizing his market knowledge and passion for client education and engaging his network of real estate professionals.
With a degree in Outdoor Education, Eason developed strong interpersonal, communication, and risk assessment skills in dynamic, challenging environments.
