Jade Florez is the Regional Manager for the Central Texas division of Longhorn III Investments. In addition to lending, she also flips homes, owner finances properties, owns/manages a rental portfolio, and is a mother to 3 children (age 9 and under). Jade began investing when she was 22 years old and successfully owned over 1 million dollars in real estate before she was 27. Prior to real estate investing, Jade worked as a legal assistant and was a certified paralegal by age 20. Not shying away from hard work, Jade pursued real estate investing as a passive income opportunity.
Once Jade became a full time “Momprenuer” in 2015, she joined Longhorn Investments in Central Texas to assist borrowers in the education and value of Hard Money Loans. Since then Jade has serviced over 575 loans totaling $74,000,000 in loan volume. Jade is a dedicated professional in helping her borrowers achieve success through real estate by providing education and resources to help them accomplish their goals. She does this by being active in many of the local networks including Fortune Builders, San Antonio Real Estate Investors Association, and the founder of Women’s Real Estate Investors Association.
