Lawrence is currently the Regional Business Development Director with Longhorn Investments, LLC, a licensed realtor with Keller Williams Chesterfield and a proud member of the Executive Board of Directors for The St. Louis Crisis Nursery.
Lawrence was born and raised in St. Louis Missouri, attended Philander Smith College in Little Rock Arkansas and achieved his Masters Degree in Business Administration from Lindenwood University in St. Louis Missouri.
After two extensive stints working successfully for Fortune 500 companies, Lawrence developed a strong interest in real estate and in 2005 he purchased his first piece of real estate. In the years to follow, Lawrence purchased, rehabbed, sold and wholesaled over 100+ residential and commercial properties.
During this time, Lawrence also provided construction management support for several private and hard money lenders for over 250+ residential and commercial projects in multiple states.
Over the last 10+ years, Lawrence’s focus has been on placing and providing funding for new and experienced investors in multiple markets funding more than 600+ private/hard money loans totaling close to $60,000,000 in loan volume.
Lawrence prides himself as an Educator, Investor and Hard Money Guru introducing investors to hard money and the many applications of hard money in particular as they relate to Flipping and the BRRRR method.
But above all, Lawrence is a devoted husband and father particularly proud of that fact that his work has positively impacted many under served municipalities across the Midwest with concentration in his home town of St. Louis Missouri.
