Lawrence is currently the Regional Business Development Director with Longhorn Investments, LLC, a licensed realtor with Keller Williams Chesterfield and a proud Executive Board of Directors member for The St. Louis Crisis Nursery.
Lawrence was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. He attended Philander Smith College in Little Rock, Arkansas, and earned his Master's Degree in Business Administration from Lindenwood University in St. Louis, Missouri.
After two extensive stints working successfully for Fortune 500 companies, Lawrence developed a strong interest in real estate. In 2005, he purchased his first piece of real estate. In the years to follow, Lawrence purchased, rehabbed, sold, and wholesaled over 100+ residential and commercial properties.
During this time, Lawrence also provided construction management support for several private and hard money lenders for over 250+ residential and commercial projects in multiple states.
Over the last 10+ years, Lawrence has focused on placing and providing funding for new and experienced investors in multiple markets, funding more than 600+ private/hard money loans totaling close to $140,000,000 in loan volume.
