Shere Clark is a Loan Consultant for Longhorn Investments, covering Indianapolis, Indiana and surrounding markets. She was instrumental in expanding the original territory of Indianapolis to several other markets throughout the state by networking and educating investors in the local and state REIAs. She began her journey in real estate as an investor using the resources she acquired through building relationships with other professionals in the space, including Longhorn Investments where she took the opportunity to join the team in 2017.
Shere has taught classes, participated in annual real estate events throughout Indiana, and hosted podcasts geared towards active investors and brand new investors who are interested in getting started. She focuses on teaching clients about the different avenues of real estate finance options and how they can each play a role in a real estate transaction. She encourages investors to ask her for referrals as she has built a great network of real estate professionals she knows and trusts.
