Daniel Beaulieu
Dan Beaulieu is the regional manager for the Tennessee division of Longhorn III Investments. In 2009 he graduated from Massachusetts Maritime Academy and set out to be a ship captain, taking him on unique adventures all over the world. The intense hours and months at Sea eventually had him searching for something greater. In 2016, Dan discovered a passion for flipping houses and realized that real estate was the answer to gaining his freedom, and he was able to leave his previous life behind. To this day he has completed over 40 renovations and has accumulated over 100 rental units, and now focuses on large multifamily syndication projects while still flipping several houses per year.
In 2018, Dan came to Longhorn Investments to represent the company in the Tennessee markets while continuing his own REI journey. With a focus on adding value to other investors, he was able to become “the go-to guy” for fix and flip loans, inevitably because of his passion for helping others get started down the same path that has led to his own financial freedom. He currently resides in Knoxville, Tennessee with his Wife and 2 wonderful Labradors.
Regional Manager for the North Texas Division
Ryan Blake
Ryan Blake is the Regional Manager for the North Texas division of Longhorn III Investments. In 2006 he graduated Chapman University with a BS in Business Administration and a BFA in Film Production. He started as a corporate accountant for a fortune 100 company. During this time he became interested in real estate investing and started with his first flip in 2009. Quickly he was able to double his income with his investing and quit his nine to five job and go full-time as an investor. In 2018 he got the opportunity to work with Longhorn where he is able to use his experience to help new investors jump start their investing careers.
He has now completed over 55 flips on top of collecting 10 long-term and short-term all since 2009. As of Q1 2023 he has helped close $83 million in loans with Longhorn and looks forward to helping many more people become financially independent. He does this through speaking at numerous groups throughout the North Texas Area and by having one-on-one consultations with Longhorn borrowers to be a resource as they problem solve issues that arise. He currently resides in Keller, TX where he lives with his wife and two young children.

Jeremy Galloway
Meet Jeremy Galloway, our esteemed Realtor and the resident expert at Longhorn Investment. He has been involved in the domain of real estate investing since 2016 and possesses an abundance of experience in this niche market. His sharp acumen for identifying lucrative investment prospects within thriving Birmingham, AL real estate arena makes him a valuable source of local knowledge for both property investors and homeowners alike.
Jeremy distinguishes himself from his peers with his unique ability to decipher complex real estate data and navigate intricate transactions with effortless ease. However, Jeremy's repertoire of expertise extends beyond real estate. Before he entered the industry, he held various positions that helped him to hone his work ethic and customer service skills. As a Fitness Coach at Orange Theory Fitness, Jeremy learned the value of motivation and dedication. He has since incorporated these tenets into his client interactions and real estate goals.
As an Outside Sales representative in Northern Alabama, Jeremy sharpened his prowess in lead generation, sales, and customer relations - all critical components of his real estate dealings. Moreover, his time as a Technical Recruiter at Technipower gave him insight into developing meaningful client relationships and understanding their motivations, a skill that he has seamlessly transitioned into his work as a Realtor.
Away from work, Jeremy is a devoted husband and father to his two sons, Jackson and Hank. His passion for fitness, coupled with his background in coaching, has reinforced his understanding of the importance of achieving a harmonious balance between work and family life.

Kelsie Kinsley
Kelsie Kinsley has worked in investment real estate sales for the past 10 years and got her start as the disposition's agent for the largest wholesaler in Middle Tennessee where she sold over 100 properties a year by developing relationships with local investors. In growing with the company, she became the dispositions manager to lead a team of salespeople, develop systems and advise the construction department on their renovations. She has also worked in commercial real estate with a focus on multifamily investments and helped her clients find and sell properties according to their larger investing goals.
As an investor herself, she has renovated several houses for resale and owns rental properties as well. Her reputation of being accessible, helpful, diligent, and honest in her dealings with clients has allowed her to be successful across the board. She prides herself on being able to assist her clients at Longhorn Investments underwrite their deals on the front end, so that they can make the best offer with the least amount of money out of pocket. She has also started a podcast entitled “Honey!” which focuses on the basics of getting started in real estate investing and how hard money allows anyone with the drive to succeed the opportunity to invest. She is passionate about educating others on real estate investing to build generational wealth and looks for opportunities to share her knowledge to do so.
When she is not working, Kelsie is busy being a mama to two little girls, kayaking the beautiful waterways of Tennessee, gardening, listening to live music and of course, looking for houses to buy!
Michael received his Bachelor’s Degree in business and marketing from the University of North Texas.
